Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of PayColab's payment orchestration platform, APIs, SDKs, dashboard, and website.

1. The Service

PayColab provides a payment orchestration layer connecting merchants to third-party payment service providers (PSPs), including transaction routing, cascading, tokenization, analytics, and reconciliation. PayColab is not itself an acquirer or bank; transactions are executed by the PSPs you connect.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be a legally registered business and provide accurate onboarding information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping API keys and dashboard credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful transactions in compliance with card-network rules and applicable law.
  • Do not process transactions for prohibited categories communicated during onboarding.
  • Do not attempt to probe, bypass, or degrade the platform's security or rate limits.
  • Do not resell the service without a written partnership agreement.

4. Fees

Platform fees are agreed individually in your order form following a scoping discussion of your volumes and requirements, and are invoiced as set out there. Third-party PSP fees are charged by those providers directly and are not included.

5. Data & Compliance

Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law. Processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Addendum. You retain ownership of your transaction data; we may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.

6. Availability & Support

We target the uptime stated in your plan's SLA. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on our status page. Enterprise plans include contractual service credits for SLA breaches.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayColab's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or where law prohibits limitation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. On termination, you may export your data — including vaulted tokens via our portability process — for 60 days.

9. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
